Nick Goes West Part 3: San Jacinto Peak

It's the final installment of the "Nick Goes West" series and Nick "chases that high" out West to a new literal "high";  the 10,834' peak of Mount San Jacinto, the 2nd highest peak in Southern California!

Josh loves TMNT, is disappointed by a new local restaurant,  has some deer in the backyard,  and Nick runs through everything you need to know to hike the 6th most prominent peak in the lower 48! Mountain lions are a thing in Mount San Jacinto State Park,  Apache rituals, challenging conditions, getting blasted with sand from wind turbines, "really big" trees, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, views 8000' above the valleys, a brand new hyperthetical, Nick is getting ready to head to Maine for the Alzheimer's Association's Longest Day 48 Peaks Event, and miles-high-more on this desert-to-snow-y episode of the PUDs Podcast and conclusion of the "Nick Goes West" series!!!
