Paul steps in as an "intern" on the PUDs Podcast without Josh and joins as a full-co-host with Nick to chat with Lyla "Sugar" Harrod! Lyla; commonly known by her trail-name "Sugar", is the first transgender woman to become a Triple Crowner, and she recently created and hiked the incredible "Divide to Crest" route!
